Skilled Nursing & Home Health Care Services

TexMed Home Health helps adults and seniors who are recovering after a hospital or facility stay or need additional support to remain safely at home and avoid unnecessary hospitalization. These Medicare-certified services may include short-term nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, and assistive home health care.

This care is provided by registered nurses (RNs), physical therapists (PTs), occupational therapists (OTs), speech-language pathologists (SLPs), home health aides (HHAs), and medical social workers (MSWs) as a limited number of up to one-hour visits, primarily through the Medicare Home Health benefit.

Our Caregivers are the Foundation of our Company

They are quality, skilled and compassionate people. They have a heart for meeting the physical and emotional needs of our clients. TexMed strives to match the needs and personalities of our clients.

We take care of your loved ones with qualified personnel tailored to your specific needs, and we report to you with the frequency you desire. Together we plan any future care services based on the person’s development and care needs.

The Independence Advantage

One of the best advantages of obtaining senior home health care is the independence and strength they can gain by not feeling as if they are a burden to their loved ones. Independence is something we all strive to maintain in life, and once that has been stripped away, it can leave us feeling defeated.

Senior citizens can find solace in knowing that they are still in their home that holds memories, comfort, and all of the daily items that they routinely use. To have all of these luxuries is such a small thing compared to the lasting relationships that are built with the nursing staff. TexMed’s employees make a genuinely dedicated effort to establish an authentic loving relationship one on one.
